Project Summary

CPRD collaborated with KB Advisory Group as a subcontractor to provide economic development strategic planning as part of a larger economic impact analysis for the Gateway85 Community Improvement District (CID). CPRD focused on stakeholder engagement of the CID leadership and board members to ascertain goals that fed into several strategies and subsequent tactics to achieve those economic development and planning goals. This included evaluating the redevelopment of a 160-acre former industrial site, urban planning precedents, and programs to promote redevelopment in their district.
